Orders & availability
One-of-one artwork is available to one purchaser only. Starting checkout temporarily reserves stock. An order is accepted after Stripe confirms payment and the verified event reaches Magpie’s order system. Magpie may cancel and refund an order affected by a listing, pricing, availability, fraud, or technical error.
Pricing, shipping & tax
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable tax are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and for contacting Magpie promptly if a correction is needed.
Handmade work
Product facts and photographs aim to be accurate, but handmade work naturally includes small variations in thread, texture, color, and finish. Screen settings can also affect color. These characteristics are part of the work rather than defects.
Copyright
Purchase of physical artwork does not transfer copyright, commercial-use, or reproduction rights unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Custom work
Commission scope, payment schedule, revisions, delivery, cancellation, and usage rights are stated in a separate written estimate or agreement. The storefront terms do not replace that agreement.
Questions & disputes
Contact Magpie first so concerns can be resolved directly. These terms are governed by applicable United States and Texas law, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
